Why Liht Organics?
Did you know? 60% of the products that we apply on our skin get absorbed into our body and, in some cases, our bloodstream! Therefore, it is every woman’s responsibility to choose wisely for herself - what you put on your skin should be safe enough to put in your mouth just like the food we eat!
With Liht, you can rest assured that our products promise the safest of formulations – made with up to 90% USDA-certified organic and FDA-approved ingredients, free of Parabens, Synthetic Chemicals and Nanoparticles! Our products are also Vegan, Cruelty-Free and Guten-Free; so you can be sure there aren’t any hidden animal byproducts or harmful hidden ingredients!
What does Organic mean?
We know that natural and organic makeup is made of plant-derived ingredients. However, the difference between Natural and Organic makeup is in where the ingredients are farmed!
Organic makeup is made from ingredients that are farmed in organic farms – meaning these farms are secluded (at least 40km radius) from commercial farms and are free of any contamination from chemicals or pesticides. Organic ingredients are also not Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO).
Are your products Organic?
Yes! Our organic range of products are made with up to 90% USDA-certified ingredients. Our Mineral range is also 100% natural and safe! All ingredients are listed on the label for your reference.
Where are your products made?
Liht Organics is made in the USA! We source the most quality, organic ingredients that have been certified by the USDA, and all our ingredients are FDA-approved. This means you are using only the safest formulas Liht has to offer - free of Parabens, Synthetic Chemicals and Nanoparticles!
Our products are also Vegan, Cruelty-Free and Guten-Free; so you can be sure there aren’t any hidden animal by-products or harmful ingredients!
Are all the ingredients used listed on your label?
Yes definitely! We believe in transparency, and that every consumer has the right and responsibility to know exactly what is in the products they consume. As our products are made of natural and organic ingredients, their names are recognizable to the mass market (with the exception of a few scientific looking names, addressed in the next question). We encourage all our consumers to read the labels, and feel free to contact us if you require more information!
Does your brand do animal-testing?
Absolutely not! Never! We love our animals – so beyond not doing animal testing, we actually have plans to start an animal rescue foundation in the future!
As for our presence in China, we are only available via e-commerce which does not require animal-testing for entrance into China.
What are nanoparticles? Do your products contain nanoparticles?
Nanoparticles are just as their name suggests! These harmful components found in commercial makeup are nano-sized particles (most common in powdered products) which are so tiny they can be absorbed into your blood stream. When applied on a daily basis, the harmful side effects from there are endless – hormone disruption, birth defects, cancer etc.
Our products contain ZERO nanoparticles, and so they do not clog your pores and most importantly do not enter your blood stream. That means you can wear Liht everyday and be safe!
Are your products safe for kids?
Yes! Our products do not contain toxic ingredients, or synthetic chemicals & fragrances. Hence, they are gentle enough to be used on the baby soft skin of children!
Are you products safe for pregnant mums?
Yes! Because our products do not contain any nanoparticles, none of it gets absorbed into your blood stream. We also do not use chemical-based compounds in our formulations so we are extremely safe for expectant mums AND their babies!
I have sensitive skin, will your products make it worse?
Not at all! In fact, it does just the opposite.
Our products are chock full of natural, nourishing ingredients that not only present a safer alternative to chemical makeup, but actually heal and nourish your skin while you wear it! Below are just some of the skin-loving, organic ingredients we use:
Aloe Barbadensis – the most nourishing among over 400 species of Aloe Vera. It also acts as a natural anti-inflammatory agent as it soothes and protects sensitive skin suffering from rosacea or acne.
Rosemary Extract – The nutrients found in this extract protects skin cells from free radical damage and exposure to sun. Rosemary also has antiseptic properties, and serves as a natural disinfectant for your delicate skin.
Castor Seed Oil – Where do we begin! This miracle ingredient has healing properties to soothe sun-damaged skin, inflammation, and acne, and even moisturizes to reveal younger looking skin with its anti-aging benefits!
Why does the same shade of lipstick I order differ in color sometimes?
As we use organic ingredients that are farmed in the most natural methods, slight variations may occur in terms of pigment and scent of the final product; depending on the seasons and conditions during harvest. However, we assure you these minor differences do not affect the efficacy and safety of our products!
What is the shelf life of your products?
The bottles for our liquid products are made using airless pump technology to limit the contents from exposure/reaction to the surrounding environment. This means your products are less prone to contamination and will last about 2-3 years after first use. However, for hygiene reasons, we recommend that all eye products be replaced every 4-6 months after first use (i.e. mascara, liquid liner).
As we only use natural preservatives such as Coconut oil, our products have a significantly longer shelf life when left unopened (~4-5 years). However, due to the delicate composition of these products, please be reminded to keep the products out of direct sunlight or extreme warm temperatures (i.e. left in the car in the day), as this may cause cream products to melt/separate.

If you would like a recommendation on your Foundation Shade, simply send us the following information so our team can assist:
1) Let us know what brand and shade of foundation/base makeup you currently use and we will recommend the closest match
2) Send us a clear picture of yourself taken in day/natural light with minimal makeup on and we will suggest a shade closest to your skin tone
3) If you are located in the Middle East, visit any one of our counters at Faces or April Beauty and our Beauty Advisors will be happy to assist!
ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my products be shipped?
You should receive a confirmation email once payment for your order has been processed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a fulfilment confirmation along with a tracking number to trace the movement your package. Please feel free to contact customer service if you do not receive any shipping information within 48 hours of your order confirmation.
My order arrived but it is damaged! What should I do?
Please feel free to contact us immediately and our customer service team would be most happy to assist!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return & exchange policy?
Bought the wrong shade or changed your mind? Fret not! We are here to help!
We offer a one-time exchange for unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. You may top up your purchase amount for exchange with items of a higher value. However, the balance amount will not be refunded for exchanges with items of a lower value.
All returned items should be mailed back via courier or registered mail, and a tracking number should be submitted to us for verification.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be sealed and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

More information regarding your exchange:
Once we have received your returned item, we will arrange for delivery of your exchanged product within 3-5 working days. For local orders, delivery will take 2-4 working days. For overseas orders, dvliery times vary according to destination. Please speak to our team to find out more on delivery times.
You will be required to pay the shipping fees for the returned item. Liht will cover the shipping fees of the new product. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All returned items should be mailed back via courier or registered mail, and a tracking number should be submitted to us for verification.
Should your item be lost or damaged, we will do the necessary to trace the parcel. In most circumstances, we will proceed with the exchange if the loss or damage has been deemed to be not within either party’s control.
Our return policy is strictly for unused, unopened items only. We understand that in some instances, the request for exchange may involve a used product. Should you wish to speak to a customer service representative to make a special request, please reach out to us at support@lihtorganics.com and our team will review on a case by case basis.
